Drittes Schiff der Edge-Klasse fertiggestellt
Am 6. April 2022 fand auf der Werft Chantiers de l’Atlantique im französischen Saint Nazaire der feierliche Flaggenwechsel der CELEBRITY BEYOND statt. Damit hat die Werft den Cruise Liner an Celebrity Cruises übergeben. Bei der CELEBRITY BEYOND handelt es sich um das dritte Schiff der Edge-Klasse. Das Kreuzfahrtschiff ist mit ca. 140.600 gross tons vermessen, ist 327 Meter lang und bietet Platz für maximal 3.937 Passagiere. Die Besatzungsstärke liegt bei 1.416.
Die Jungfernfahrt der CELEBRITY BEYOND beginnt am 26. April in Southampton. Die 10-tägige Reise führt rund um die iberische Halbinsel und endet in Barcelona.
CELEBRITY BEYOND delivered
Construction of the third Edge class ship was recently completed. On April 6, 2022, the ceremonial change of flag of the CELEBRITY BEYOND took place at the Chantiers de l’Atlantique shipyard in Saint Nazaire, France. The shipyard has thus handed over the cruise liner to Celebrity Cruises. The cruise ship is measured at around 140,600 gross tons, is 327 meters long and can accommodate a maximum of 3,937 passengers.
The maiden voyage of the CELEBRITY BEYOND will start on April 26 in Southampton. The 10-day trip goes around the Iberian Peninsula and ends in Barcelona.
