Die OCEAN DREAM (IMO 7915096), 1980 / 81 im dänischen Aalborg als TROPICALE für Carnival Cruise Line gebaut, hat inzwischen den Strand von Alang in Indien erreicht. Damit beginnen die Abbruch-Arbeiten an dem knapp 205 Meter langen Kreuzfahrtschiff. Mit Übernahme der SUN PRINCESS (IMO 900259) durch Peace Boat wurde die OCEAN DREAM nicht mehr benötigt. Die SUN PRINCESS wurde derweil in PACIFIC WORLD umbenannt.

OCEAN DREAM beached
The OCEAN DREAM (IMO 7915096), built in 1980/81 in Aalborg, Denmark, as TROPICALE for Carnival Cruise Line, has meanwhile reached the beach at Alang in India. The demolition work on the almost 205 meter long cruise ship begins. With the takeover of the SUN PRINCESS (IMO 900259) by Peace Boat, the OCEAN DREAM was no longer needed. The SUN PRINCESS has meanwhile been renamed PACIFIC WORLD.
