In Miami liegen derzeit insgesamt acht Cruise Liner.

Royal Caribbean haben einige Schiffe auf Reede vor Coco Cay liegen (AVENTURE OF THE SEAS, ANTHEM OF THE SEAS, HAMRONY OF THE SEAS, OASIS OF THE SEAS) und weitere Schiffe in US-Häfen, teilweise auch vor den Häfen auf Reede: Tampa, Galveston, Miami, Port Everglades, zwei Schiffe darüber hinaus in Sydney, Australien.

Where the cruise ships lie

Almost the entire global fleet of cruise ships has currently suspended operation, only a few ships are still on the way to complete their last trip for the time being – a scenario that until recently seemed completely unthinkable. It is not even foreseeable how long this condition will have to continue.

Here are a few examples to show where the cruise ships are currently located.

The ships of the Carnival Cruise Line are distributed on the one hand to various US ports such as Miami, Port Canaveral, New Orleans, Mobile, Long Beach, Jacksonville, Tampa, …, but also on the Bahamas, namely three ships.

Princess Cruises as well have several ships on anchorage in the Bahamas.

CMV Cruise & Maritime Voyages had ordered almost all ships back to Great Britain, namely to Tilbury and Avonmouth, with the exception of the ASTOR, which is due to come to Bremerhaven.

TUI Cruises and AIDA have their ships a little spread out in Spanish and German ports.

MSC Cruises has moored several cruise liners in Miami and one off the coast of Miami. There are currently eight cruise liners in Miami.

Royal Caribbean has a number of ships on anchorage off Coco Cay (AVENTURE OF THE SEAS, ANTHEM OF THE SEAS, HAMRONY OF THE SEAS, OASIS OF THE SEAS) and other ships in US ports, some of them also off the ports on anchorage: Tampa, Galveston, Miami, Port Everglades, two ships off Sydney, Australia.

The smaller Celestyal Cruises ships are located in Piraeus.

P&O will moor all cruise ships in the UK after completing their voyages, namely in Dover, Southampton and Portland.

The situation is similar with Cunard, who bring their ships back to the UK with the exception of the QUEEN ELIZABETH, which is on anchorage off Australia.
