Update: Aus SEABOURN ODYSSEY wird MITSUI OCEAN FUJI

Wie berichtet verkauften Seabourn Cruise Lines ihre 2009 gebaute SEABOURN ODYSSEY im März dieses Jahres an die japanischen Mitsui O.S.K. Lines. Nun gab Mitsui den neuen Namen des Schiffs bekannt: MITSUI OCEAN FUJI. Der Cruise Liner wird ab Dezember 2024 unter der neu gegründeten Marke Mitsui Ocean Cruises fahren.

Bis August 2024 wird Seabourn den Cruise Liner zunächst zurück-chartern.

Die SEABOURN ODYSSEY (IMO 9417086) wurde ab 2007 auf der Cimolai-Werft (CIMAR) in San Giorgio di Nogaro und auf der T. Mariotti-Werft in Genua gebaut und 2009 fertig gestellt. Das 198,19 Meter lange Kreuzfahrtschiff ist mit einer Bruttoraumzahl von 32.346 vermessen und für 450 Passagiere ausgelegt.

Update: SEABOURN ODYSSEY to become MITSUI OCEAN FUJI

As reported, Seabourn Cruise Lines sold their 2009-built SEABOURN ODYSSEY to Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Japan, in March of this year. Mitsui has now announced the new name of the ship: MITSUI OCEAN FUJI. The cruise liner will sail under the newly founded Mitsui Ocean Cruises brand from December 2024.

Seabourn will initially charter the cruise liner back until August 2024.
